As the year comes to a quiet close, I invite you to pause and acknowledge the journey — each breath, each practice, each moment of presence.

Just as on the mat, we are asked to soften, to let go of what weighs us down, and to return home to stillness and awareness.

As the New Year unfolds, may you step forward with intention, balance and grace.

Thank you for showing up with open hearts and curious minds.
I am deeply grateful for this shared practice and I look forward to continuing the journey together in the year ahead.

UPDATE: Linden Woods Community Centre is closed today due to winter storm. Yoga class will also be cancelled today; Thursday, Dec 18, 2025. I will directly reach out to those of you who are already registered to make alternative arrangements.

This yoga class of the year is a special practice focused on reflection, release, and setting intentions for the new year. This often involves poses that open the body, deep stretches and a meaningful closing in Savasana to let go of burdens and welcome positivity, creating a sacred transition from the old year to the new. 🕯️ 🤍

This pic was taken today at this mornings Chair Yoga class at Linden Woods Community Centre Four ladies are missing from the photo but each of them truly inspire me!
