I strongly believe in the power of Massage Therapy to help relieve stress, physical tension, help alleviate injuries, and simply to help us slow down.
I am trained in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Swedish, and Senior Care Massage.

I charge $100/hr, $145/ 90 minutes within Perimeter Highway. I am happy to offer service outside of Winnipeg too, please enquire for rates.
I also offer Direct Billing with most insurance providers.
