If you are feeling overwhelmed by the events south of us and in the world. Take a break. Put devices down and go sit under a tree or take a walk in a park. I don’t mean head in the sand. Take a break, come back refreshed and then do what you can: donate, vote for leaders in line with climate protection, and anti war anti genocide, write letters use your voice.
