First Steps Wellness Centre (FSWC) is a non-profit neurological rehabilitation centre
dedicated to enhancing the motor function and independence of individuals with spinal
cord injuries and other neurological conditions. Our mission is to improve the overall
quality of life for those we serve through specialized therapy and support. We Specialize in:
- Activity-Based Therapy (ABT) for Adults and Children
- Children's Intensives
- Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) Cycling
- The TheraSuit Method®
- Primitive Reflex Repatterning and Integration

The goal and purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness for the many factors that go into this disease and the people that it impacts. Areas of focus include:
🌷 Educating the public and raising awareness of its impact on individuals and families

🌷 Celebrating the persistence and resilience of those affected

🌷 Support the continued research of the disease and finding ways of improving its impact on individuals

🌷 Aid in the advocacy of improved patient care
