In January 2025, the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM) introduced the Pharmacy Manager Training Program, developed in collaboration with expert reviewers from Manitoba and administratively hosted by the University of Saskatchewan. By completing this training, pharmacy managers play a critical role in ensuring safer, more efficient pharmacy operations, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing patient care outcomes.

Reminder: Those designated as pharmacy manager on or before February 1, 2025, must complete this program by February 1, 2026.
