My clients main complaint was his NECK 🤕

However, I had to loosen up his pecs and shoulders to make his neck treatment effectively

Clients background: Roofing, carpentry, spending hours on computer/phone after work🪚🔨🤳💻

When the two areas are dealing with hypertonicities, they become huge contributors to postural resistance. With that, muscles of the neck strain and work even harder

Don't get me wrong, there is no such thing as a perfect posture, but there are things that you can do to improve it
