Your own breast tissues can be re-positioned during a breast lift and used to improve breast fullness rather than using implants. An implant would still be required when a more dramatic result is desired.

In this patient the abdominal muscles were tightened, and the contour of the abdomen and flanks significantly improved. Our patient is only four and a half months out from her surgery and looking great! The scars will continue to fade and improve for up to one year following surgery.

For an optimal cosmetic result, a breast reduction is typically performed together with a significant lift of the ni**le. In many cases, liposuction of the lateral bra roll is also required to create a balanced breast shape. Without liposuction, the breast can sometimes look unnaturally wide following surgery.

A patient’s individual aesthetic goals decide if removal of more or less tissue is performed.⁠

In this surgery the skin is tightened, the shape of the breast is improved, the ni**le is elevated, and the size of the ar**la is decreased.

In this case, 518 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast, and 547 grams were removed from the left breast. Photos are shown five months following surgery. The scars will continue to improve for up to one year following surgery.⁠
