Here are 5 habits that can harm your eyes — and how to fix them!

1️⃣ Touching lenses with unwashed hands – Always wash and dry before handling.
2️⃣ Sleeping in lenses – Unless approved by your optometrist, take them out before bed.
3️⃣ Using tap water or reusing solution – Only use fresh, sterile solution!
4️⃣ Wearing lenses or using cases too long – Replace lenses as directed and change your case every 3 months.
