I can relate, although sunshine makes me happy and nurished, hats and sunglasses are my best outdoor friend. anybody have hacks for indoor bright lights that we cant control? visors? sunglasses?

I find sunlight genuinely painful. Even as a child I would hide in the shadows because the world seemed too bright. Bright lights can cause headaches, sickness, dizziness, migraines and meltdowns when it all becomes too much.

There are some things that can help.
Dimmer switches are a great way of allowing you to control the light to suit your needs. Or you could use lamps instead of the ‘big light’
Sunglasses, shades, caps…anything that helps to keep the light out of your eyes. Some people feel they benefit from wearing coloured or shaded glasses indoors as well as outdoors.

Set some honest boundaries with yourself and the canna plant. Setting intentions before consumption respects both yourself and the plant, while promoting healing. Ask yourself why am I using this plant right now, and how much do I need to achieve my outcomes? This can help honor these boundaries, and to prevent cannabis use disorder. Keep your relationship with your plant products healthy and nourished!
