Congratulations to all steppers .thompson40 who ran the race today whether you conquered the 5km, 10km or half marathon distance today.

For those of you who stepped out of your comfort zones and pushed your limits to try new distances .thompson40 , huge congratulations. This is commendable, growth doesn’t happen by staying in the familiar, it comes from challenging yourself, taking risks, and showing up with courage; that’s exactly what you’ve done.
