January 25th is opposite day. Try recognizing this day by using this great DBT skill called "opposite action." Here in Manitoba it is incredibly cold which makes me feel like hibernating! I practiced this skill today by attending my yoga class instead of staying in bed. Did anyone else practice this skill today? Share in the comments
