Happy First Day of Summer!! ๐I have always loved ๐ summer. The warm sun feels so relaxing to me and I get so much joy out to the little things (deck โis literally my fav)!I know summer can also be challenging; disrupted routines and social pressures to name just a couple. Here are a few tips to prioritize your mental health over summer.
1. Stick to a routine that works for you: remember to try and keep things in balance (sleep and nutrition, fun and productivity).๐
2. Set boundaries: it is ok to say no. Try to focus on attending events that make you ๐
3. Try something new! You may discover something that will bring a lot of fun into your life. Trying new things is overall just really good for our well-being. It can be anything, a new Starbucks beverage ๐ง, a new hobby, visit somewhere new...
