The Manitoba Alliance of Naturopathic Doctors (MAND) is a non-profit professional association representing regulated naturopathic doctors in Manitoba. We were established in 2018 to preserve, promote, and advance the profession of naturopathic medicine in our province.

MAND is made up of 46 registered naturopathic doctors who are committed to offering safe and effective natural healthcare to their patients.

Our mission is to be the unified voice of naturopathic medicine in Manitoba — to educate the public, advocate for the profession within the healthcare system, and help ensure that Manitobans have access to safe, ethical, innovative, and effective natural healing methods.

We work to increase public awareness about what naturopathic doctors do and how naturopathic medicine can support health and wellbeing — from prevention to chronic care.
