That’s why we’ve welcomed Ginger Desk as part of our team, providing remote reception support to help ensure your calls are answered.

With their support, there is now someone available to assist you by phone from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — whether you’re booking an appointment, asking a question, or trying to get in touch.

Our goal is to make connecting with us easier, more consistent, and more supportive whenever you reach out.

We’re always looking for thoughtful ways to better support our patients and community, and we hope this makes your experience with us even smoother. 💛

Babywearing this spring? Here’s what Manitoba parents should know. 👶🌷

As the snow melts and sidewalks turn slushy, many families find babywearing is easier (and safer) than pushing a stroller through uneven terrain. But while babywearing offers incredible benefits — from bonding and breastfeeding support to temperature regulation and hands-free balance — it also changes your posture and centre of gravity.

For many postpartum parents, that can mean new or increased lower back pain, shoulder tension, neck strain, or pelvic discomfort.

The good news? Small adjustments in positioning, carrier fit, and body mechanics can make a big difference — for both you and your baby.

Dr. Anne Stacey has advanced perinatal training and is a certified babywearing educator through the Centre for Babywearing Studies, offering guidance on safe positioning and postpartum support.

Today we recognize International Day of Transgender Visibility - a day to celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of transgender and non-binary people in our communities, workplaces, and beyond.

It’s a time to uplift trans voices, honour lived experiences, and recommit to creating spaces that are safe, inclusive, and affirming for everyone. While we celebrate progress, we also acknowledge the ongoing work needed to ensure equity, protection, and dignity for all.

Today and every day, let’s stand for inclusion, respect, and the right for everyone to live authentically and safely.

🤔 Think your back pain “came out of nowhere” this March?
It probably didn’t.

Late winter in Manitoba is one of the most common times we see an increase in neck pain, lower back pain, shoulder tension, and tension headaches. After months of icy sidewalks, snow shovelling, heavy boots, cold-induced muscle tightness, and moving less overall, the body often reaches a tipping point.

As activity levels pick up in early spring — more walking, workouts, travel, and spring cleaning — those accumulated restrictions can suddenly become noticeable discomfort.

The good news? You don’t have to wait until pain is severe to address it.

We break down why back and neck pain flare up in March, what’s happening in your spine during late winter, and when it’s the right time to book an assessment in our latest blog post.

👉 Head to the link in our bio to read the full article and learn how to reset your body for spring.

😴 🛌 With this year’s theme, “Sleep Well. Live Better,” World Sleep Day is your reminder that quality sleep isn’t a luxury - it’s essential to your health.

But discomfort, tension, and back pain can make truly restorative rest harder to achieve. Chiropractic care supports a healthy spine and nervous system, helping reduce physical stress so your body can fully relax and recover.

This , invest in better sleep support and your spine will thank you later.
