Finishing a massage is just the beginning. Gentle stretching afterward helps muscles cool,
improves circulation, and wards off next-day stiffness.
Post-massage mini routine:
• Neck side stretch, 20 seconds each side.
• Chest opener against a doorway, 30 seconds.
• Hip flexor kneeling stretch, 30 seconds each side.
• Cat-cow spine flow, eight slow reps.
