Last night i held my first sound bath, collaborating with a dear friend
Me
Just putting myself out there
Stepping through fears
Being larger than life
I used to play small.
I never was able to stand up and speak in fromt of a crowd
I did my best to blend into the background.
I was too much for some.
Slowly, I weaved their version of me into my layers of lacking in self worth, and self love, that i had been building
It felt safe.
Comfortable.
Until it didn’t.
A journey of healing the self, will ground you in, and connect you to your authenticity.
The parts of you, that you learned to hide away, repress, all in order to be liked, accepted, to fit in.
All those masks you learned to wear.
They were never yours to don.
But your smile, the light in your eyes, the sparkle that is the true you. Thats your gift to the world.
And the world so needs you. The real you.
Not the watered down, muted version.
It’s time. 💫
