Sound Bath
To celebrate the opening of my new studio, you are warmly invited to an evening of deep relaxation and energetic renewal.
Join us for a soothing Sound Bath Experience, where the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and delicate chimes will guide you into a state of calm, clarity, and inner balance. As the sound waves wash over you, you’ll be supported in releasing tension and reconnecting with your natural rhythm.

This experience will be complemented by group Reiki, offering a nurturing flow of healing energy to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
What to expect:– Gentle meditation, Connecting with our breath, Immersive sound healing with crystal bowls & chimes– Gentle group Reiki energy work– A peaceful, supportive atmosphere for rest and restoration

Come as you are—no experience needed. Simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow for under head or knees and anything that helps you feel comfortable and cozy.
Allow yourself this time to pause, receive, and realign.

Who thought healing would be a beautiful, soft journey of expansion?

Yeah, me too.

Until I set out on it.

It’s raw.
It’s painful.
It’s lonely.

There are times when you want to give up but then you get glimpses of this other version of yourself. Healed. With boundaries. Filled with self love, self worth. Releasing beliefs that were never yours. Feeling authentically you.

You realize going backwards is no longer an option.

So you take steps. Sometimes small ones. Sometimes huge leaps. Always curious and excited about where you will land.

It’s a feeling of returning home. A life you want to embrace instead of numb away from.

It doesn’t mean things will always be perfect, storms will still appear. But you will handle them differently. With surrender, not worry. With calm, not chaos.

You will begin to believe in yourself and the process so fiercely, that forward is the only way.

You will celebrate your trials and tribulations as catapaults for growth, redirection.

You will see that you are never alone, but rather being Divinely guided.

Trust and surrender is my prayer for you. 🙏🏼💫

If there’s something scaring you or overwhelming you. Something you don’t want to accept. Something you feel you can’t bear to look at. A scratching unease that claws beneath the surface of your psyche.

Tell the truth.

Speak the simple truth out loud.

Say what simply is.

Not to another person.

To the quiet inner chamber of your own listening heart.

The truth you don’t want to admit. The truth you are afraid you cannot bear.

The truth about whatever is happening.

Simple, naked, unadorned.

Now here’s the real trick.

Don’t try to do something with it.

Don’t analyze it or look for insight. Don’t reach for the next thing.

Just stay.

Speak the simple truth and stay. Let your own heart hear you say it.

Stay.

Recieve yourself here.

Suddenly what seemed unbearable becomes bearable.

Suddenly it is exposed to the presence of loving kindness when placed on the sacred altar of your heart.

The simple truth, spoken out loud.

It is so unglamorous and so simple.

Yet somehow it it is the doorway into the deep abiding love that is everywhere

There is something about the journey of self discovery.

Not the self you have been wearing to please others, to fit in, to keep yourself small to make others comfortable, not that. But the authentic you. The version of you that is always changing, evolving, because you are of this world, of the earth, and it is always changing and evolving.

On this journey back to self, others might become uncomfortable. Not everyone. Some will show up and support you. New people will enter that are more aligned with you. The others, they will have a hard time with this, as it forces them to look within themselves, and not everybody is capable of doing so.

This journey can feel lonely, raw, confusing at times.

It is also beautiful. It is the feeling of coming home. 🙏🏼💫

Witnessing people lean into their intuition, crush limiting beliefs, shining their light and sharing their gifts.
