Back pain can be tricky — but not all of it means something serious or structural.
In fact, a lot of back discomfort is muscle-related, and that’s something massage therapy can really help with. 💆‍♂️✨

Here are 3 signs your back pain could be muscular:
1️⃣ It gets worse with activity or certain movements
2️⃣ You feel relief after heat, stretching, or massage
3️⃣ The pain is more dull and achy than sharp or shooting
