Elemental Healing (2 hr)-We were born magical, perfect, and fully believing in ourselves. Through time we slowly loose this connection to this aspect of ourselves through the world around us. This healing encompasses various techniques to help you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing you in the present and helps you reach for the stars as you evolve into your future and your highest version of yourself.
Gua sha- According to the principles of TCM, your qi (pronounced “chi”), or energy, must flow throughout your body so you can feel your best. When qi becomes stagnant in certain areas, it’s believed that health problems can occur. With gua sha, a practitioner will use a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape areas of your body where there is inflammation or stagnant qi to help improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, relieving muscle tension, reduces puffiness and promotes healing.
Accupressure-Working with Cardinal points on your energy meridians, acupressure is a gentle touch to help with a range of conditions, such as muscle pain, discomfort, balancing emotional health, releasing stress, and encouraging movement of stagnant energy and repressed emotions.
Cupping-Again working with our meridians, suction cups will be placed along your back. These assists with pain reduction, muscle relaxation, improved circulation, activation of the immune system, release of toxins. May improve stretch marks, scars, varicose/spider veins, improved digestion, breathing, headaches and migraine.
