Today was the first class in Heart and Hands 💓

We explored how to ground and protect our energy and all of the information our root chakra, hips, knees and feet are telling us.

Such a great group! Can’t wait to see them again next week as we discuss the Sacral and Solar Plexus ✨

To the woman who hasn’t been herself for a while
Stay hopeful…
That your spark will reignite soon.
That this weight will heave itself from your tired shoulders, soon.
That you’ll recognise the girl in the mirror again someday.
Soon.
Don’t let the fear rise up and engulf you in the middle of the night anymore. It’s not real. It’s a lie and it’s keeping you down.
This will pass.
You, you’re still in there.
Hang on.
The thing is, my friend. Life can be heavy, it can be draining and sometimes it can feel like you’re the only one getting it all wrong.
You’re not.
You really aren’t.
Look around any room and I promise you everyone you see, has felt the same way before, or will someday in the future.
And it will pass.
You’ll be back.
To the girl who hasn’t been herself for a while.
Don’t worry.
This is just a chapter not your whole story.
Never believe otherwise.

Just like Instagram shows us what it thinks we want to see based on our likes, comments, and saved posts, life mirrors back to us what it thinks we want based on our dominant thoughts, beliefs, and focus.

👉 Engage with negativity? Your feed (and life) fills with more of it.
👉 Choose positivity? You’ll notice more good things coming your way.

✨ Here’s the trick: You can reprogram both!
1️⃣ On Instagram: Follow accounts that inspire, unfollow ones that drain you, and engage intentionally.
2️⃣ In Life: Start noticing what you’re focusing on. Practice gratitude, affirmations, and self-love to shift your “algorithm.”

JOY CHOSE YOU

Joy does not arrive with a fanfare,
on a red carpet strewn with the flowers of a perfect life.

Joy sneaks in, as you pour a cup of coffee,
watching the sun hit your favourite tree, just right.

And you usher joy away,
because you are not ready for it.
Your house is not as it must be,
for such a distinguished guest.

But joy cares nothing for your messy home,
or your bank-balance,
or your waistline, you see.

Joy is supposed to slither through the cracks of your imperfect life,
that’s how joy works.

You cannot truly invite her, you can only be ready when she appears.

And hug her with meaning,

because in this very moment,

joy chose you.

MAGIC

You must believe in the magic.
Even on the dreariest of days, when light is scarce.
You must leave space in your heart for the good stuff to thrive.
Let it in. Look for it.
Send it an invitation and pull out a chair at your table. Beautiful moments are everywhere, waiting to be seen. And each time you see one, amongst the mire, you’re reminding every cell in your body that life is so much more than days in a week and chores on a list.
It is a patchwork kaleidoscope of absolutely everything. And you are a fascinating, complicated part, of that art.
