Our trainer Ryan has set some time aside to create some great content for anyone who follows him.

As you've probably noticed, we're not that sharp on the social media hustle. Rest assured, we're always chipping away in the fitness game and doing our best moment to moment with our clients, even if we haven't hit the gram in awhile 😎

Low cal, high flavor, and makes great company to bbq or even a snack on its own, this recipe was:

1.5 cups of coleslaw
3-4 tbsp miracle whip
1-2 tsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp of bbq sauce, sweet chili, or any flavor you would like!
Black pepper to taste

3 servings of vegetables and only around 100 cal. I like using sweet sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings, but you can use almost anything sweet, and it doesn't take much πŸ‘Œ

Classes can now be booked online. Limited to two people; no classes on Canada day. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Because we are not able to have more than 3 people per class, we are still not able to offer promos for classes. πŸ˜‘

πŸ’° BUT! We continue to offer promos for one on one training with Laura and, if you're lucky, Ryan may still be able to take a few new clients at a discount as well (I wouldn't hesitate). πŸ’° 😏
