Turtle Pudding Parfait
Ingredients

1 box Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix
1 box Turtle Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix
2 boxes (102 g each) vanilla instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
500 ml Cool Whip

Instructions

Make brownies according to recipe on box. Once completely cooled, cut into 1" squares. In a large bowl, whisk together Turtle Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix (set aside pecan packet for later use), pudding mixes, and milk for 1 minute. Refrigerate until set. In clear glasses or mason jars, evenly distribute a handful of brownie pieces into each glass. Then add 4 or more tablespoons of Turtle pudding on top and keep layering until you reach the top of the glass. Top with Cool Whip, the pecans and a few Turtles Minis chocolates.

These Lemony Dill Crab Cakes are bright, tender, and bursting with citrusy-herb flavour. They’re exactly the kind of light, fresh dish we start craving this time of year.


LEMONY DILL CRAB CAKES 🦀
1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
Fresh lemon juice (one lemon)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
1 ¼ cups crushed saltines (1 sleeve)
1 1/2 lbs (.680 kg) crabmeat
1 tsp. Oh! So Onion
3-4 Tbsp. olive oil

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Lemony Dill Seasoning in a large bowl. Reserve ½ cup sauce for serving. Fold crabmeat, saltines and Oh! So Onion into remaining sauce and mix. Form crabmeat mixture into eight x 1" patties. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until just smoking. Add half of crab cakes and cook until golden brown, approx. 2½ to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and tent with foil. Repeat with remaining oil and crab cakes. Serve with reserved sauce.

Bruschetta Naan Pizza with Shrimp 🍕 🍤

• 4 pieces Naan bread
• 1 packet Bruschetta Seasoning Blend
• 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
• 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
• 1 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
• Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce

Pre-crisp Naan bread in the air fryer for 3 minutes (or 6 minutes in a 400°F oven). Mix Bruschetta Seasoning Blend, diced tomatoes, oil, lemon juice and shrimp together. Distribute mixture evenly over Naan, top with cheese. Air fry for approximately 7 minutes (or 14 minutes in the oven), checking halfway for desired doneness. Before serving, drizzle with Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce.

Mexican Fiesta Egg Rolls
Thank you Audrey McPherson (Winnipeg, MB) for this recipe!

Ingredients:
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground chicken, beef, pork or turkey
1 Tbsp. Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. water
1 cup Tex-Mex shredded cheese
1 package (454 g) egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying

Instructions

In a large frying pan, brown ground chicken; add Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning, tomato paste and water. Mix well. Open one egg roll wrapper and put one tablespoon of meat and a pinch of cheese in the center. Using basting brush or finger, slightly dampen the edges of wrapper. Then roll up and fold sides in. Best to roll them all up first before cooking. Heat oil and start to fry each side; takes 1 minute per side. Garnish with sliced green onions and finely diced peppers and serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole (optional).

For Air Frying: Spritz egg rolls with oil and place in air fryer basket in an even layer, leaving space for air to flow around. You will have to cook in 2 or 3 batches. Cook at 390°F for 7 minutes or until golden brown on the outside, flipping halfway through cooking.

Bourbon Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

5-6 bone in pork chops
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce

Instructions

Season pork with Sunset Seasoned Salt, place in a sealable dish or large zip seal bag. Refrigerate for several hours. Remove from fridge and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to grilling. Place on medium heat grill for 15-20 minutes (turning several times). Brush generously with Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce in the last 5 minutes of grilling.

SWEET N’ SPICY STUFFED PEPPERS 🫑
200g (.2 kg) ground chicken
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 box Sweet & Spicy Peach Jalapeno Cheeseball Mix (use both mix and topping)
1/4 cup Peach & Mango Habanero Salsa
1 ½ cups cooked rice
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 small can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can kernel corn, drained
6 - 7 large bell peppers
2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, add olive oil and add chicken. Brown ground chicken over medium-high heat with Sunset Seasoned Salt; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Wash peppers, cut off tops and seed. Place peppers in a greased casserole dish. Fill each pepper with chicken mixture. Cover; bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese; continue baking, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
