It’s National Coaches week and MTC wants to give a big shout out to our brilliant Coach Gary Pallet! His guidance and years of exceptional coaching is instrumental to the success the MTC team has had over the past 20+ years. While Gary is great at crunching numbers and analyzing data in training peaks, he knows his athletes abilities and designs a training program around the kid’s potential. Through his sense of humour he has helped the team work through stumbling blocks, turned disappointments into teaching moments and used successes for stronger building blocks. Thank you Gary for another amazing season.

Bike clinic today. MTC crew learned how to change a tire (prompted after 3 endured flats on their first ride of the season!), bike maintenance, cycling in traffic and cycle performance. Thanks to for hosting!

That’s a wrap on the 2024 Patrick Riddell April Run Series! Thank you to all the runners that participated in the series. Hope to see you back next year. We really appreciate all of those who helped sponsor and those who gave their time to volunteer at this race. The funds raised from Patrick Riddell help go towards MTC training programs. The athletes really appreciate your support! Thank you MRA for including us in your series.

Race kit pickups will be at city park runners on Friday April 5 from 4pm-8pm or each race before at site
