Christmas is a great time for conversation. Here's an idea to help you when: 1. someone is always talking, 2. the opinions are not factual, 3. when someone has a "doctorate degree" with out any formal trainning, or 4. the concept of listening is just that, a concept. When all else fails and your about to scream. PLAY A GAME. Have fun this Christmas

Just learned some tips on judgment.
First, jugdment has an opinion and makes a decision. When we don't judge we open ourselves to receive information, we also become open to learning. If we are looking for openess why not keep are judgments to ourselves and open to hearing others. I think it's called listening.
