G is for Glasses is a locally owned and family operated optical shop in Winnipeg, established in 2014 by Bonni O'Hara and Jessie Fillmore. G is for Glasses houses full time optometrists, Dr. Jessie Fillmore and Dr. Jocelyn Radawiec. Frame brands include Jacques Marie Mage, MOSCOT, Andy Wolf, SALT. optics, Barton Perreira, Garrett Leight, Valley Eyewear, MYKITA, Ahlem, Mr. Leight, Kaleos Eyehunters, and 141 Eyewear. We also direct bill to most insurance comapnies!

We’re throwing a last minute party… a MOSCOT party!
Our Moscot rep is coming to visit, and he’s bringing so many goodies with him.
He’ll have the core collection of Moscot frames in a variety of different colours, as well as a bunch of new styles that we’ve never carried before at G.

He’s also bringing out a selection of Moscot’s incredible custom tinted lenses… it’s a perfect opportunity to try on the different tints to see which ones you like best. Perhaps THIS is your summer to rock a gorgeous tinted Moscot frame?!

But you know what they say: you’ve got to be the change you wish to see in the world! So… turn that frown upside down, grab your cooler bag and some ice along with your favourite special beverages, and have yourself a terrific May long weekend!
Get out there and have some early summer fun, and maybe, just maybe, the weather will follow suit!

The G fan-favourite brand, SALT. has released a very cool and very nostalgic 20 year tribute collection… resulting in a glorious cornucopia of wrap-style sunglasses.
These shades manage to be reminiscent of the early 2000 styles, while also being undeniably modern and fashion forward.

(Not to mention that there is nothing more pragmatic than wrap-around sun protection… ya know?)

We have several styles left in the shop, but they’re moving quickly. Swing by to see which style is your favourite.
