Reflexology sessions are gentle and soothing, accompanied by soft music, and the option for Indigenous spiritual smudging. Pressure is exerted on reflex areas in the feet and hands, which relate to all parts of the body. Clients relax during the session, circulation is improved, and healing occurs in all parts of the body. Currently accepting new clients for one-time or recurring sessions. A monthly session is recommended for optimum physical maintenance, weekly sessions are recommended for chronic conditions, and more frequent sessions are recommended for acute conditions. Clinic is located in the Crossways in Common Complex in Winnipeg's downtown area, facility is wheelchair accessible, and there is ample street parking. A free low-income clinic is available from the hours of 12:45-2:15p M, W, Th, F. 30-45 minute sessions are charged at $50, and qualify for insurance reimbursement for eligible plan holders.
