We brought Sports Massage to Ten Spa because our clients kept telling us the same things: muscle tightness, stiffness, aches/discomfort, and limited flexibility—often caused by everyday life like desk work, repetitive jobs, training, stress, and posture. We listened, and we built a treatment to meet those needs.
Our Sports Massage (performed by RMTs) works on deeper muscle tissue using advanced manual therapy—myofascial release, stretching, and joint mobilisation—plus a therapeutic approach that supports how you actually move.
