Good morning,

Today at 10:00am, we have Top 10: Balancing Work & Life, where we’ll take a look at boundaries and habits to develop that effectively manage responsibilities and leisure time. This balance is essential to personal health and wellness, growth and productivity: both in and out of the workplace.

This afternoon at 1:30pm, we’ll be taking a look at the 18 most common questions asked during an interview, and discussing how best to answer them. This workshop includes worksheets that provide participants with practice answering the questions. Happy Monday!

This morning at 10:00am, we have Top 10: Dealing with a Difficult Person at Work, where we will explore effective approaches to addressing and resolving tension and conflict in the workplace. Minor differences in personality, working styles, etc. are the responsibility of the employee to resolve. This makes the development of transferable skills (like those needed for communication, emotion regulation, and teamwork) an essential step in being employable.

This afternoon at 1:30pm, is Job Search: Part 1 which takes participants through all of the techniques and tools to develop and use in order to customize and target an effective job search. Taking the time to attend to job search skills and approaches builds and displays the very transferable skills that employers look for!

Have a great day!
