Come discover the 10 habits to develop in order to establish your credibility and professionalism, while making a positive difference in the workplace, and personal life too. The good news is these tips require no talent and no aptitudes, and everyone can develop them effectively with time and persistence.

Next up at 1:30pm, we have Anger Management where we'll take a look at what anger is, different types of anger and associated behaviors, ways to manage anger effectively, and more.

This morning at 10:00am, is Top 10: Finding a New Job, with our best recommendations for securing employment in the industry of interest.

This afternoon at 1:30pm we have Top 10: De-Cluttering where we'll explore a bunch of different approaches to purging and organizing stuff. De-cluttering our home and spaces clears the way for our future: both figuratively and literally.

Hello folks,

Today at 10:00am, we have Top 10: Mindfully Exploring Cultures where we will look at some reasons why we should mindfully explore, enjoy, highlight and celebrate different cultures, and some ways to actively and effectively do so.

This afternoon at 1:30pm, we have Conflict Resolution: the sister workshop to Conflict Management. We'll explore learn step-by-step approaches to assist in the effective and responsible resolving of conflict.

Tuesdays at 10:00am, we have Mindful Movement with Caryn leading participants through a routine of gentle yet effective stretching, breath work, meditation and mindfulness. This approach regulates the nervous system, while exercising the body and soothing the person.

Happy Monday!

At 10:00am, we have Top 10: Questions to Ask an Interviewer, where we'll review the best things to focus on when asked if you have any questions. This is the ideal time to ask pre-planned, strategic questions that will provide valuable information while displaying strong skills in communication, assertiveness, etc.

Next up at 1:30pm, we have Job Search: Part 2. We'll pick up where we left off, then review the homework, that was assigned last week, together for the opportunity to offer each other feedback and encouragement.

Today at 10:00am, we have Top 10: Reasons to Volunteer, where we will take a look at all the advantages available to job seekers when they volunteer. Though volunteering does not pay in the form of money, it pays off in a multitude of ways that gives job seekers a leg up on their competition.

This morning at 1:30pm, we have Top 10: Ways to Self-Care where we'll explore accessible, and mostly free, ways to attend to self-care. The information in the workshop can also be used to inspire and inform individuals that would like to create a Self-Care Plan or a Mental Health Crisis Plan.

This morning at 10:00am, is Cover Letter Development, a workshop in our Employability Series. Participants will learn why cover letters are an important job search tool, get tips on how to create business format letters, get feedback on their cover letters, and more.

This afternoon at 1:30pm, we have Top 10: How to Be a Good Employee, where we take a look at the skills needed to impress your employer and sustain your job. Most of the skills required are transferable skills, and we all have at least a few of those to offer.

Good morning,

Today at 10:00am, we have Top 10: Dealing with Anxiety, where we'll take a look at the difference between normal versus harmful anxiety, as well as habits to fold into daily routines to help manage and reduce anxiety that is problematic.

This afternoon at 1:30pm, is Job Search: Part 1 which takes participants through all of the techniques and tools to develop and use in order to customize and target an effective job search. Taking the time to attend to job search skills and approaches builds and displays the very transferable skills that employers look for!

Today at 10:00am, we have Top 10: Daily Habits to Create Positive Change, where we'll take a look at tips for developing habits, systems, and routines that support making healthy changes. These are some to best, and proven, ways to improve our outcomes and reach our goals.

This afternoon at 1:30pm, we have Top 10: Motivational Tips to Inspire You, which provides a bunch of ways to help stir up and maintain actionable motivation. Motivation can be elusive, but if we want to change in ways that empower us to reach our goals and make dreams come true, we will need to find ways to be consistently motivated.
