Well done! A wonderful organization helping so many that have little to no financial resources to lean on in tough times of coping with cancer treatments and all that comes with it. Most times its as basic as money for gas and parking to get them to their appointments for treatment. Too often, we don't realize how blessed we are and take it for granted that there is always money for gas, food, parking, etc. For others, it's a hard choice of what you're having to give up to pay for these cost, food? heat?

In the months to follow, the need for more healing touch and the work necessary for COVID19 survivors through massage therapy will grow considerably.

Wrapping up day 1 of the MTAM Spring Conference with Ruth Werner and her presentation "Anxiety, Breath, and COVID ~ ABCs of Massage Therapy for COVID-19 Survivors".
Always a pleasure to hear Ruth's perspective on COVID and the implications for massage therapy treatments. Thanks for satisfying this research geek's thirst for knowledge!

What a great presentation! We learnt alot from this lady and yet there is still so much more to know. Looking forward to the next session, hopefully in class in the not so distant future.
