Before you head off on the big family road trip, ensure your car is set up with an emergency roadside safety kit, in case an accident or break-down leaves you stranded on the side of the road.

Your emergency car kit should include:
• Individual water bottles
• Non-perishable and heat resistant snacks (think granola bars and trail mix)
• Insect repellent
• Sunscreen

Summer vacation is calling! But if you’re headed on a far-flung holiday, you should make sure you’re up to date on your travel vaccines.
