The patient presented to our clinic with back pain that they were told was due to their scoliosis. Before you blame iron, thyroid, or your age…
consider this:
Most fatigue today isn’t from a deficiency.
It’s from physiology.
Too much sitting.
Not enough muscle.
Blood sugar swings.
Shallow breathing from slumped posture.
Stress that never fully turns off.
When posture collapses, your diaphragm can’t expand properly.
When muscle mass drops, metabolism slows.
When blood sugar spikes and crashes, energy follows.
