SUPPORTING FRONTLINE WORKERS

• Every Tuesday at 7pm CST on Zoom •

Garden Within Wellness & Divine Light Therapies are hosting a virtual online series of Sound Bath sessions dedicated to Front Line Workers.

Using Sound Resonance Therapy, & take you on a journey to complete relaxation. This method of sound healing is known for relieving stress & anxiety, balancing energy, and supporting one’s holistic & mental wellbeing by allowing one to reset, recharge and recover.

In a time when mental struggles are at their highest, it’s more important than ever to take care of our bodies, minds, and each other.

From now until January 6, we are offering Private & Group Sound Healing sessions via Zoom to all Front Line Workers in an effort to support them in these unprecedented times.

All sessions will run on a donation basis - pay what you can, if you can. We appreciate your contribution in helping us continue to support those on the Front Lines throughout the holiday season.

It’s easy to see that this coming year will start in a very unique way compared to most. We are faced with many challenges at this time, with no clear idea of the future. How do we plan and make the necessary changes for the year to come. What new energy do we start this year with?

Perhaps the changes are to be made in the places we can control and see, as we look within ourselves. When the outside world remains unknown.

What are these circumstances encouraging us to practice. Faith, perseverance, non-attachment.. Change, revolution, or internal shifts..
To know ourselves deeper than we ever have with all the time we’ve been given with few distractions

Let us imagine we are seeds that have just began to grow - we don’t know what fruits we will bare but we know who we are and what our dreams are made of.

2021 is a year not just for resolutions.. but a remembering. First going inward to know who we really are and what we truly want - and then onward into the unknown as the ones who know.
