Using Sound Resonance Therapy, & take you on a journey to complete relaxation. This method of sound healing is known for relieving stress & anxiety, balancing energy, and supporting one’s holistic & mental wellbeing by allowing one to reset, recharge and recover.

In a time when mental struggles are at their highest, it’s more important than ever to take care of our bodies, minds, and each other.

From now until January 6, we are offering Private & Group Sound Healing sessions via Zoom to all Front Line Workers in an effort to support them in these unprecedented times.

All sessions will run on a donation basis - pay what you can, if you can. We appreciate your contribution in helping us continue to support those on the Front Lines throughout the holiday season.

Perhaps the changes are to be made in the places we can control and see, as we look within ourselves. When the outside world remains unknown.

What are these circumstances encouraging us to practice. Faith, perseverance, non-attachment.. Change, revolution, or internal shifts..
To know ourselves deeper than we ever have with all the time we’ve been given with few distractions
