Another perfect example of a supplement company deceiving customers on label,
This one was so obvious you didn't have to be a mushroom expert to catch,
You just have to add up the numbers they give you..

So heres the thing folks even if the numbers and wording looks good on their label..
There is NO REGULATION TO THIS
they could be selling you nestle quick chocolate milk powder for all you know,

Half of these fraud companies change their lingo cause they been caught thanks to ppl lkke me calling them out.
Like watch, how long before bloomable switches their label to something close to reality? Lol

New homemade Kimchi is finally ready!

If you never had Kimchi before then all I can say is you are missing out.
It's definitely one of my fave foods ever.
My heart and soul went into this and have had a few people tell me this is the best Kimchi they ever had.

Some people have been asking how my garden has been so just sharing on here for anyone that wants to know.

Photos of garden harvests and processing stages for the different stuff I'll be doing,

Cabbage, and beets will be used in a secret Kimchi recipe I came up with and as far as I am concerned is the best kimchi I have ever had!

Some of the potatoes will be used in an original recipe where I cook the potatoes squash and beets and mash/combine them all together Into patties, and freeze.
When I want to use I just have to thaw or re refry on a pan! Super EZ!

The new soup blend will have dehydrated cabbage/ cauliflower/ beet leaves, loveage  mushroom chunks/powder and more premium ingridients!
I dry some stuff in the sun but also use my own large dehydrators I built.
FYI I have 2 dehydrators and will sell one if someone wants it!

Also first time growing garlic and got a pretty good harvest. I just finished planting more today for next year,
(they need to be planted in fall the year BEFORE)

Making more Purps Tea that is all stuff from garden-stinging nettle, fireweed, golden rod, yarrow, mullein, herb robert, cedar, mint

Making first aid kit wound healer, yarrow/plantain powder, if you have a cut that won't stop bleeding you pack the wound with it and it stops the bleeding!
I have used it myself more than once and can confirm it works.
Yarrow does it very well on its own, but I want to experiment on myself with the plantain to see if it's better.
