We’re raising money for The Dream Factory!

We’re proud to represent Team One Family Fitness in Deadlifts for Dreams 7, a fundraiser in support of The Dream Factory—an incredible Manitoba charity that grants dreams to kids facing life-threatening illnesses.

This year, our team features Ken Martens, who is 79 years young and is stepping onto the deadlift platform for the very first time. Ken has been training with Coach Jen and Top Coach Dino. Together, this amazing trio is lifting with purpose—focused on Ken’s personal goal of successful lifting, as well as Coach Jen’s goals in lifting and coaching, all while helping to make an incredible child’s dream come true.

Ken is defying the odds with a pacemaker, a powerful mindset, and the support of our entire One Family Fitness community. Coach Jen will be right beside him on the platform, and Top Coach Dino will be there lifting & supporting every rep of the way!

Our collective passion for this cause drives us, and we need your support to make a difference! Every donation—big or small—helps us reach our fundraising goal and directly supports The Dream Factory’s mission.

Goodluck Coach! as he competes at his 3rd international meet representing team Canada 🇨🇦 at the North Americans. This will be Dino’s 19th competition. He’s moving up a weight class from 93kg and competing in the 105kg class Thursday July 31st weigh ins are 12pm and lifting starts at 2pm CST. He’s competing alongside his client .lifts things going to be an exciting class to watch. Wishing you 3 white lights ⚪️⚪️⚪️ on all your lifts.
