Meet John!

A graduate from MTCM in January 2009. He is experienced in relaxation and deep tissue massage but loves to do a hybrid of both. One of John’s greatest attributes is his peaceful presence. John is also trained in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations) for soft tissue dysfunctions and Cupping. When he’s not at work, John loves spending time with his wife and daughter.

Brooke graduated from Robertson College and began her work as an RMT in 2022. She values effective, targeted treatment to help her clients find lasting relief, and strives to create a space where they feel safe and supported.

She uses a variety of techniques to address both the symptoms and root causes of discomfort, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release and scar tissue work.

Brooke is passionate about the powerful connection between the body and mind, and the role massage therapy plays in supporting both.
