We offer all levels of FIRST AID & CPR Courses for both the public and medical professionals. We offer certifications through:
- CANADIAN RED CROSS
- HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION
- RESCUE7

Courses are run 7 days a week, however, please call or email us for a schedule to ensure you enroll in the correct program for your work or schooling needs. Unlike many organizations, we also offer RE-CERTIFICATION courses for those who currently have a certification but just need to refresh there certificates. Complimentary drinks and snacks are included with all courses at our facility, however, we also offer onsite training for those who wish for us to do a program at your location. We are conveniently located by Polo Park Mall, with plenty of free parking! Winnipeg, MB R3J 1H8

We are happy to offer to the public, the Canadian Red Cross and Heart and Stroke courses, which are offered 5-6 times a week at our location. If you prefer to have training at your location, we would also be happy to accommodate that service as well.
Whether the training is at your location or ours, you can be confident that when you book a date, the course will not be cancelled..
All courses at our office will include complimentary drinks and snacks and certificates will be issued upon completion of the seminar electronically through the Red Cross or Heart and Stroke Data base.
As a thank you for attending, everyone will receive a souvenir Key Chain CPR mask to ensure they are ready to help in an emergency if the need should arise. Pick you favorite color out of 6 different choices.
Your instructors will either be current or retired paramedics, firefighters, nurses or other medical field professionals.
Our most popular courses are:
Emergency First Aid with CPR level C/AED
Standard First Aid with CPR level C/AED
BLS/AED for Health Care Providers
ACLS for Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics
