Our Story

Unit 1 - 1763 Pembina Hwy. Studio 26 Yoga & Wellness

Now with two studios at our location. Classes include Traditional Core 26 Hot (90 minute), The Fixx (60 minute) and Intro 26 Yoga (60 minute/warm). Our unheated classes include; Yin Yoga, 26 Restorative Yoga, Pilates Core Power, Kids Yoga, Power Step and Unheated Core 26.

Something for every age, every level and everybody. Come for the fitness and the fun!

Luxurious lobby and locker rooms with rain-head showers and private changing rooms. Registered Massage Therapists available 7 days a week in the Wellness Centre. AMPLE FREE PARKING!
