Every November, in honor of World Prematurity Awareness Month and in celebration of my own preemie twins, we run an Annual Preemie Sleeper Drive for NICU families here in Manitoba.

This is our third year collecting new and gently used preemie sleepers, as well as monetary donations, to support families currently in the NICU.

Tiny sleepers may seem small, but they mean comfort, dignity, and care for babies and parents going through one of the hardest experiences of their lives.

Alongside the 10-week NICU Doula training with I’m also starting my Postpartum Doula certification with later this month.

The two programs will work hand-in-hand — one specializing in NICU and hospital transitions, and the other ensuring I’m fully certified to support families postpartum regardless of a NICU stay.

Together, they’ll let me support families of twins, NICU grads, and newborns through every stage — from emotional prep to postpartum care.

I should introduce myself. My name is Haley and I’m the face behind Twin Moms Club. I was born and raised in Manitoba Canada. I’m 35 years old and I have a set of boy/girl twins. They’re 15 months old and bring me more joy than I know how to express.
