We are managed by the Manitoba Baptist Home Society Board which is a faith based organization in affiliation with the North American Baptist Conference.

Sam has demonstrated exceptional drive and ambition in creating a system for our nurses to complete their MDS care plans for our residents in the most efficient way while ensuring all areas of care are addressed while meeting Manitoba health standards. The Meadowood Manor Foundations generous donors have made it possible to recently fund 2 very special projects:
2 Carendo Shower Chairs - These chairs allow staff to provide efficient care by allowing one staff member to perform full personal care, washing, dressing, toileting with only one transfer. The Carendo shower chair is well padded and reclines to ensure optimal comfort for Residents receiving care, making the bathing experience, more enjoyable. The Carendo shower chair improves ergonomics for staff and maintains a safe working posture reducing potential for workplace injuries.

4 Edan M3 Vital Sign Monitors
The vital signs monitor will enhance care and service of PCH Residents by allowing staff to better assess and monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse and oxygen levels. The Edan M3, vital sign monitors are portable and lightweight with a large high resolution display to improve strain for the staff. The monitors can take multiple quick readings to show averages. The monitors reduce the risk of human error.
