This is a dynamic image from visual psychology that is said to accurately measure your recent anxiety level.

✅ How to do the test (super simple):
Stare at the picture for 5 seconds and observe how it appears to change in your eyes:
• If the pattern doesn’t move at all → You’ve been very emotionally stable lately, calm and relaxed inside.
• If the pattern moves slightly → You may have a little anxiety, possibly because life or work has been moving too fast.
• If the image flickers or moves intensely → Your anxiety level may be high; your nervous system could be in a tense state.
