Fantastic Fabulous Ferments is a class where you'll learn all about this ancient fermenting technique, you'll start your own batch of Kombucha, make some salsa, sauerkraut and fermented veggies. Great for gut health! Natural probiotics! You need to be here!.

We were able to easily get raw milk at the raw milk vending machine pictured below during our travels in Modena, Italy. The cows that supplied the vending machine graze in a field nearby. The cost is one euro per liter which is roughly one dollar per quart. These convenient machines are all over Europe particularly in Italy.
