My goal is to continue to use my skills and knowledge to help my clients recover and rehabilitate their injuries while working with them to prevent re-occurrences. I will provide a clean, quiet and relaxing environment for my clients to reduce stress and through client education, I will promote body awareness as well as emphasizing ways that they can better care for themselves utilizing stretches, exercises, and other modalities or practitioners. I will continue to help my clients manage their pains and stresses that can arise from their daily lives as well as health related problems and diseases.
