Hi friends, blessings into this new cycle of 2025! 💫 Things have been pretty quiet around here and enjoying the slowness of the season but Lori, Brie & I will be offering a Sacred Senses this month on January 16th 7-9pm at !

Will be wonderful to have another event together and share sacred space with you all! 🌟

The event entails a Cacao Ceremony, guided meditation, sound healing, reiki, energy healing, crystal therapy, aromatherapy and yoga, taking you on a healing journey through the dimensions of time and space while creating balance & harmony through the four body systems; the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
The session will begin with sharing a traditional Cacao elixir followed by being anointed with an aromatherapy blend while therapeutic crystals are being handed out. Following this will be a guided meditation activating our light bodies while balancing the chakras by collectively visualizing and toning the bijas mantras (one syllable seed sounds), a gentle series of yoga asanas, continued by a journey of sound healing using 432hz quartz crystal bowls, Tingsha bells, while yogic chants, mantras and medicine songs are being sung.
As you lay in Savasana, soaking up the sounds and scents, Lady Lorelie will come around the room adorning guests with a beautiful henna design inspired by intuition and spirit. The spirit of the henna plant will uplift your spirit, bringing you a sense of joy and fulfillment, and last approximately 2 weeks.
This attunement is a wonderful way to realign, reset, restore, activate cellular rejuvenation while connecting with your higher self and spirit guides for overall health and well-being.”

Reposted from Hi friends, Brie & I will be holding a Spring Equinox Ceremony March 18th from 7-9pm! 🌱 This ceremony will take place at 70 Arthur st 5th floor suite 525 and is $44.
You can e-transfer payment for your spot to briesbotanicals@gmail.com

During this ceremony we will be working with the energies of the spring equinox honouring this point in the sacred wheel and the significance of this time. We will be working with frankincense sharing a frankincense tea, cleansing and energetically bathing in the smoke of the frankincense resin & incense as well as being anointed with the precious oil. Creating a mandala of flowers, connecting to their divine energies and symbolizing the coming of spring and helping us to walk the path of beauty. We will be connecting with our higher selves and asking what is ready to be released in a burn and release. Releasing the old to bring in the new. After that we will be doing a Holy Fire lll meditation and then journeying for the remainder of the ceremony while being bathed in the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, 432hz flute, medicine songs and other beautiful instruments.

What to bring: Water, extra yoga mat if you like although one is provided and a pillow and blanket if you would like to be cozy for the lay down part!
