New year, new adventures!!

In 12 short days we are given the opportunity to close the chapter of this ridiculous year and begin with a brand new page!

As we all know 2021 is around the corner and we get to look forward to new beginnings. With all the crazy of this year and the changes and challenges that 2020 brought our bodies also have had to adapt.

Changes to work environment.
Poor ergonomics from our new work station.
Taking care of loved ones.
Stressing out about said loved ones.
New pain from starting your home work program.

With most benefits plans resetting on Dec 31st what better time to start taking care of yourself. Reach out to your Athletic Therapist or Massage Therapist to help with muscle imbalances and pain that have come up as we finish this dumpster fire of a year. 🔥

Start 2021 by taking care of yourself first!🙏

Hey guys, just thought I'd send the friendly reminder that benefit plans will be resetting in about 5 weeks... thats right- about 5 weeks until 2020 is over and we can hopefully hit the reset button on this oh so eventful year!

Side note- I suck at rhyming but this is what I found that worked... if you're not feeling well please stay home... don't leave your château!

What a crazy day! For the 2nd time in Wombat history, both the Div 1 and Div 2 teams made it to the finals! Although our Div 2 team came up a little short, our Div 1 team was able to hold the title of Div 1 champions for a 3rd year in a row! 🤘🏆🏉

I would like to send a big thank you to my students today who were able to take charge and allow me to attempt to recover from my cold 🤧🤒

Fly down to Vegas for the 70th NATA conference ✔
Learned all the things ✔
Get all the samples ✔
Rep CMU in our new polos ✔
Play with puppies and do some line dancing ✔ ✔
End National Athletic Therapy month in the best way possible ✔
And get a bird's eye view of my office ✔😊

What a wicked time but I'm finally ready to head home!

Even though it was crazy windy, I had an absolute fricken blast today! Worked my first event and represented my business at the classic!

I can't wait for next year!!

What a crazy way to kick of the first day of National Athletic Therapy month! A full day of rugby and taping all the things! 3 back to back games would not have been possible without the hard work of these students! Cant wait to see what the rest of the season brings!

Just feeling all the love with the CMU family! As an early birthday present, my clinic space got a bit of an update! The awful toilet (that hasn't been used in forever) was removed and I was able to put all the pretty things in there! Take a look at the before and after pictures!!

Late post, but what a crazy season!! Last week we had our year end Athletics Banquet to celebrate the 2018-2019 Season. This season we were able to send 7 teams to the round of playoffs! I would like to send a special thank you to our who helped take care of our athletes this season and helped make this possible!

I am very greatful to be blessed with all these wonderful students and for all their hard work and dedication. It was even more wonderful to know that I was able to step away to take care of my family in a time of need and to come back as if nothing had changed. That was truly remarkable to me! I am thrilled to see you all grow as future AT's and look forward to calling you my colleagues!

Also!! Specail shout out to for being my first student to challenge (and complete) the National Certification Exam!!!
