And just like that the summer has come and gone, which means our busy holiday season is just around the corner. Before we get our hands busy (literally) your favorite therapists like to take a bit of time off to recharge.

With that being said, April will be away from September 18-24. She’s got a few spots available for next week but is all booked up this week and the weekends prior to her departure. Book online to check her availability or even catch up with her when she gets back!

Don’t forget to ask your therapist to book the rest of your appointments in for the rest of the year before they book up! Remember it’s easier to get us to cancel an appointment for you than it is to get you in when our schedules are full!

Announcement Time! 📢

Starting September 1st, 2025 our services here at Main Focus Massage Therapy will increase to the prices stated above in our post. It was a hard decision, but we thought that it was time for us to make this change.

So with that being said, enjoy our prices while they’re still the same. Any appointments that are being booked in the month of September and beyond will be at the new set prices.

Yes, it’s that time of year again. Our friends across the street, Big Makwa Pictures, is shooting season 4 of ACTING GOOD! With that being said, there will be a lot of big trucks parking through out Erin street as well as parking bans during certain times.

Starting MONDAY MAY 5 at 09:30 until MONDAY MAY 12 at 23:59 there will be no parking from 932 Erin Street up to St Matthews. We do have a parking lot readily available to us located just past our building beside LEWIS INSTRUMENTS.

Our parking stalls are labeled and located towards the back lane. Each of our stalls will say 942 ERIN PARKING on it. Please do not park in any of the other stalls as they are reserved for surrounding businesses.

And the count down begins! All our RMTs are working very hard this season treating many of our clients everyday.

There are still some spots left with our RMTs Cher and April till the end of 2024. Booking for 2025 is now available on our website. 💻

Wow, what a scary story indeed! This is a friendly reminder that you have 9 weeks left to use up your insurance! Please remember that this is the busiest time of year for a lot of practitioners. To avoid disappointment, book ahead of time by using the link in our bio or below.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: 🚧

We have some good news and bad news.

Bad News: There is currently construction on ELLICE AVE. With this new construction, left turns are NOT PERMITTED on to Erin street. We strongly advise clients to plan their trips to our clinic accordingly with this new information to prevent any missed or late appointments.

Good News: This does NOT affect our street parking! (Finally!)

So plan ahead, come to your appointments a little bit earlier and we’ll see you guys next time! 😊

Hello, just leaving some friendly reminders and updates to our clinic here in this post.

Effective immediately we will no longer be providing 2hr massage services to our clients. 2 hours is a lot of time for an RMT to be working on one patient and can be very taxing on the body. As the busy season is coming up, we can’t imagine how fatigued and tired our RMTs would be having a full day PLUS a 2hr treatment!

Starting September 1st, our cupping prices will be increasing to $15 add on. With the extra time and steps our RMTs have to do to ensure our cups are disinfected properly before use, it takes more time for them to prep in between clients.

Other than the cupping price increase, our regular treatment prices are still the same as usual. Thank you for understanding, we hope to see you all soon ❤️

It’s officially summer vacation time here in Winnipeg, and our RMT’s are on it to take some time to recharge and relax.

The following slides will show each RMT and their days off during the summer. Please note, while April and Ivy are away messages directed to any Main Focus account may be responded to at a later time. As much as we try to stay connected through our platforms, the best line of contact would be to follow your respected RMT and reach out to them directly.

Our online booking site is always available for our clients to use to book. Currently our books are available up until the end of August! So plan your summers, make memories with your loved ones and travel. 🏝️

As we reach our long awaited Winnipeg summer, a lot of our clients are out and about living their best lives spending it with their friends and family.

🚨PSA to anyone with upcoming appointments:🚨

Erin street is currently being used for film production starting April 29th. Street parking will be very limited, or non-existent during this time. Especially on the days of Thursday, May 2 - Thursday, May 9.

Parking is available in our customer parking lot located past Lewis Instruments. Our stalls are located closest to the back lane and are labeled 942 ERIN CLIENT PARKING.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and we look forward to seeing you back in our treatment rooms 💆🏻‍♀️

Yes, we know we just came back but life never seems to stop 😅

Ivy will be away from the clinic May 4 - May 7, while April will be away May 8 - May 11. As both trips will be within Canada response times to messages and calls should be fine. But in the case of calls not being responded to we strongly encourage everyone to message us on our page and Instagram accounts. If you have contact with your respective RMT please do not hesitate to reach out to them.

We still have some openings available for this week with our RMTS, as well as our June schedule is now up and available on our online booking site 🗓️
