Whole Self Wellness welcomes Janelle Hebb, RMFT, to the clinic.

Janelle is an EMDR trained therapist who understands the importance of finding the right person to connect with. She has 10 years of experience working with people to improve well-being and relationships, and she offers understanding, warmth and humour to the development of the therapy relationship. Her training and approach includes an understanding of the impact of relationships on our development as individuals, and on our well-being throughout life - and is rooted in body-based awareness. EMDR helps heal traumatic experiences, anxiety, and depression, and supports the connection with one's innate wisdom and strengths. If EMDR is not a fit, Janelle uses other modalities to support your movement towards greater well-being.

Janelle will be seeing clients at Whole Self Wellness on Fridays between 8 am and 4 pm.
