✨ Choosing the Right Reiki Training Matters ✨
I’ve been noticing more and more people feeling unsure after their Level I Reiki training…
Not because they aren’t capable—but because they weren’t given enough training, guidance, or support. 💫

This (pictured below) is the manual I use when I teach Level I&II Reiki - both in person and online via Zoom
Here’s a simple checklist you can use when choosing your Reiki Level I training:
🌿 Do you receive a proper attunement/placement in person or LIVE via Zoom (not just information)?
🌿 Do you receive a proper in-depth manual?
🌿 Are you taught how to actually use Reiki (self + others)?
🌿 Is there hands-on practice or guidance included?
🌿 Do you learn about grounding, cleansing, protection, and energy awareness?
🌿 Is there space to ask questions and integrate what you’re learning?
🌿 Do you feel supported after the training?
