This year my webinar on Iridology & Nervous System Regulation became the most viewed session of the year for IIPA.

The moment someone hears the words,
"You have cancer" —
their body shifts instantly into survival mode.

Heart racing.
Breath shallow.
Cortisol surging.

And while medical treatment focuses on the tumor…
very few people are taught how to bring the body back into a parasympathetic state —
the state where healing, digestion, immune regulation, and emotional processing happen.

Cancer isn’t just physical.
It’s neurological.
It’s emotional.
It’s spiritual.

There’s a lot of noise online about the “best” cancer diet.

Keto.
Vegan.
Carnivore.
Mediterranean.

And yes — you’ve probably heard the phrase, “cancer feeds on sugar.”

But here’s the honest truth:

There is no single diet that has been proven to cure all cancers. If there were, we would all know about it.

Cancer is not one disease. It is complex, individualized, and influenced by genetics, metabolism, environment, stress physiology, and overall terrain.

Some people thrive on ketogenic approaches.
Some feel their best on plant-forward diets rich in fruits and vegetables.
Others do well with a Mediterranean-style pattern that includes healthy fats and fiber-rich carbohydrates.

Bioindividuality matters.

For example, someone without a gallbladder may struggle digesting very high-fat diets. Others may need more carbohydrates to support adrenal function and nervous system stability. Context matters.

Instead of chasing extremes, I encourage my clients to focus on foundations:

• Minimizing ultra-processed foods
• Reducing refined sugars
• Eating fiber-rich vegetables and fruits
• Including quality protein
• Choosing healthy fats
• Staying hydrated
• Supporting the nervous system

The best “cancer diet” is one that: ✔ Supports your unique physiology
✔ Is metabolically supportive
✔ Is anti-inflammatory
✔ Is sustainable long term

Food should nourish — not create fear.

Education over ideology.
Individualization over trends.
Sustainability over extremes.

There is no one-size-fits-all diet for cancer.🥕🍅🥒

What nourishes one person may not support another — because every body, history, and healing journey is unique.

For example:
🥑 Someone without a gallbladder may struggle to properly emulsify and digest fats — so a high-fat or ketogenic-style approach may actually create more stress on their system.
🍌 Someone with pancreatic challenges may have difficulty managing blood sugar — meaning even certain fruits or carbohydrates can feel overwhelming for their body.

Add in things like:
✨ Nutrient deficiencies
✨ Digestive or absorption issues
✨ Taste preferences
✨ Cultural or personal food choices
✨ Past medical procedures
✨ Individual metabolism and stress response

… and it becomes clear: true healing nutrition must be bio-individual.

There is no “perfect cancer diet."
There is only your body, your needs, and your unique path to nourishment and support.

This is why personalized care matters — because your body deserves a plan designed for you, not a generic template. 🤍

Let's face it, we can't be perfect. The cancer journey is about adjusting your diet, mindset, and lifestyle toward healthier choices. So, rather than buying a store bought muffin loaded with processed ingredients and inflammatory oils. Make your own healthy muffins with organic ingredients such as bananas, applesauce, walnuts, chia and flaxseeds, sprouted oats, and herbs like ground ginger and cinnamon. We all have those moments we want yo indulge in something sweet and tasty 😋. Just find healthier alternatives!

I’m honored to share that I’ve officially completed my Level 3 Iridology Certification through the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA) and I’m currently the only person in Manitoba to hold this advanced designation!-CCI3 💚

Iridology is a non-invasive, holistic tool that uses iris analysis (the study of the eye) to help uncover your genetic strengths and weaknesses. Just like fingerprints, no two irises are the same — they reflect the blueprint we inherit from our parents, grandparents, and great grand parents.

By understanding your body's unique tendencies, we can take proactive steps to support your organs, glands, and tissues with personalized nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted herbs and supplements — all aimed at promoting vitality and helping prevent future imbalances.

Think of your iris like a roadmap. Just as water collects in the weakest part of a gravel road when it rains, stress and pathogenic organisms tend to show up where our body is the weakest. Iridology helps us discover and strengthen those areas.

Please note: Iridology is not a diagnostic tool — we don’t diagnose disease. Instead, we offer insight and guidance by looking at your genetic blueprint to support your body’s natural ability to heal.
