I create a personalized and confidiential program for each individual I work with. These programs run 6 weeks to 6 months depending upon your needs and desires. These programs are not a one size fits all. If you have more than one issue, we can try to deal with them in one program or we can setup consecutive programs. All programs begin with an initial free health history consultation. Together you and I create a program that works for you.
Growing up I experienced many different health problems ranging from skin rashes, to allergic reactions, to sinus problems, environmental allergies, Asthma, hand-eye coordination, weight issues etc. As a young child I kept experiencing chronic ear infections, they were so painful. The ear infections improved once I had tubes put in my ears. I no longer have Asthma Attacks; I have eliminated milk out of my diet, this helped with the excess mucous build up in my system. By changing and experimenting with my diet the skin rashes and allergies have cleared up. My weight has remained stable, even though I would still like to lose those last 10 pounds. In November 2016, I enrolled at the school of Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Health Coach. Being healthy has been a long time passion of mine. This course has really opened my eyes and my mind to the many different ways that we can all improve our health. I'm not sure how you feel about our medical system provincially and federally, but I'm very disappointed in our health care system. I have been working in the medical field for over 13 years, and I see on a daily basis very sickly patients. Our rates of Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Attack and Child obesity continue to be on the rise. Now my goal is to help others find their way to health, happiness and contentment.
