🏗️✨ Construction Update: Exciting Progress at The Residences at Linden Pointe ✨🏗️

We’re thrilled to share the latest progress at The Residences at Linden Pointe Retirement Living—and things are really coming together!

Here are a few highlights from the site:

🔹 100% of suites now have full drywall installed
🔹 Over 75% of kitchens & countertops are in place
🔹 50% of suites feature completed flooring and appliances
🔹 25% of suites are fully finished and awaiting final detail cleaning
🔹 95% of the fire sprinkler system is complete
🔹 The commercial kitchen is fully prepped and ready for drywall, range hoods, and equipment installation
🔹 Two-thirds of mechanical shafts are completed
🔹 Electrical distribution is finished in the first half of the building
🔹 The generator is installed and fully operational

Each milestone brings us one step closer to opening our doors and welcoming residents home. We’re so excited to see this vision come to life and can’t wait to share more updates with you soon!

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and the support of our amazing communities, we gathered and donated 450+ backpacks, cash donations, and school supplies to local schools—helping students start the year ready to thrive. 💙
