Internal bras are changing the way we perform breast augmentation with implants.

Instead of relying only on skin to support the weight of an implant like an external bra, we create support from within the breast using a surgical mesh that provides long-term support, slowing the aging process and maximizing results. This technique can be combined with or without a breast lift.
