If you’re a regular at the office, you may have seen one (or both) of these little humans prancing around. During in-service days and Saturdays they tag along to LiveWell non with me. Such is the reality of being a business owner and mom. Grateful to my patients who are caring and kind towards them. And don’t mind when little curious eyes peek through the treatment room door. Thankful that my kids also love coming to the space and meeting you all. My six year old (Raveena) loves to leave messages on sticky notes around the office and my four year old (Jovan) always seems to find the staff’s chocolate stash. A little hectic on those days. But we make it work.

Providing care is something that I truly enjoy. Whether it’s for my family or for my patients, I would like to think it’s something I’m natural at. There’s no better feeling than making somebody feel good or smile. I hope I’m lucky enough and entrusted with the role of caregiver for a long time to come.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MASSAGE THERAPY

Like most other small businesses, we’ve been experiencing an increase in last minute cancellations. Because of this, we have implemented a credit card on file policy. We tried to hold off on this as long as possible but unfortunately the time has come.
While we understand unexpected events occur, our leniency has been far too detrimental to our livelihoods.

As a much appreciated courtesy, please give as much notice as possible (truthfully-it’s hard to fill appointments even with 48 hours notice). Thank you for understanding, we greatly appreciate it.

LIVEWELL IS ONE!

This week we celebrated one year of being open. One year of growing, treating, connecting, and thriving.

Our little space of 1200 square feet came together so beautifully over the span of this year. We love when people walk in and they instantly feel comfortable and at ease.

To our clients and patients - thank you for choosing and trusting us with your health care needs. We are grateful for your confidence in us. We truly love making you feel better.

To my colleagues - Chantal and Maddie. You guys are the best in the biz. Chantal, I always say “thanks for following me” 😂…three offices later, I can confidently say this is the one. Thank you for all your help in setting up the space. It was literally a family affair with your dad and Walter pitching in. Thank you. This last decade of working together professionally has been amazing. The friendship that grew out of it will last a lifetime. Maddie - the perfect addition to our team. Maddie, you are the sweetest. And everyone is so impressed with how you have excelled straight from graduation. You may not have years under your belt, but your confidence and skill set would tell otherwise.

To Jada, Marina, Rachel, Abbey and Meredith - thank you for your kindness and gentle dispositions. You guys are/were the first faces everyone sees when they walk in. Your smiles and warm natures set the tone for this office. Your organization and barista skills are the cherries on top.

Genuine Body Care is a local company that specializes in luxury handcrafted bath and body products. It is owned by a lovely local lady named Felecia. All of her products are made with natural, clean and simple ingredients. Bonus - one tree gets planted for every order with her!

One of our favourite products is the essential oil rollers. She even has a children’s line that is diluted specifically for kiddos.

Land of Daughters () is a Métis and female founded company out of Calgary, Alberta. They make the most amazing candles that are:

-100% coconut soy wax based
-have lead free cotton wicks
-burn time of up to 50 hours
-phthalate and paraben free fragrance oils
